Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions

Monthly and annual subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Cancellation is available at any time through your device's subscription settings.

2. Access After Cancellation

You retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing period.

3. Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or the refund policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. To request a refund, contact the App Store or Play Store directly, or reach out to us at support@reflextion.ai.

4. Free Trial

Where a free trial is offered, it is forfeited upon upgrade. Charges begin at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.

5. Account Deletion

Deleting your account cancels any active subscription and removes your data. Account deletion does not automatically trigger a refund; manage your subscription separately in your App Store settings.
